"The Irish Rambler Radio Show", the home of Ceol, Caint agus Craic,
is designed to appeal to a wide spectrum of Irish and
Irish/American audiences. With an emphasis on light entertainment, the show
promises to entertain, inform and enlighten listeners with the best of Irish
music, stories and song.
As our motto indicates,
"the home of Ceol, Caint agus Craic". In the Irish Language, "Ceol"
is Music, "Caint" is Talking and "Craic" is Fun. I feel it
wise to clarify the word "Craic, which could be confused with that other
word crack. The word "Craic" is an acronym for "C" is for Ceol
- Music, "R" is for Rince (Pronounced "Ring-Kay") - Dance, "A" is for
Amhráin (Pronounced: Aur Awn) - Music, "I" is for Is - And,
and finally "C" is for Caint - Talking.
"The Irish Rambler Radio Show" promises the following....
Committed to continuously provide a high standard of programming
content.
Have a lighthearted and positive attitude in all our dealings.
Have a reverence towards all Colors and Creeds.
Focus on promoting Irish Culture and Family Values.
Portray the Irish and Irish Culture in a positive manner.
Strongly support Irish Community related issues.
Sincerely,
Dan Hallissey
